Katie, that house you are staying in is completely crazy. You are brave for killing a wasp. One got into my house once, and I couldn't do it; I was afraid of getting stung. I just hope there are no more wasps in your house.
Also, I just have to comment on the Disney thing- I had no idea! I will have to ask my guy friends about this.
